Touring Armenia

Armenia – 2019. As part of my Habitat for Humanity trip to Armenia I visited a number of places in Armenia including a previous Habitat build in the Village of Zovaber in Gegharkunik Province and about 50km north and east of Yerevan, The village of Areni in Vayots Dzor region known for its wines and Goris which is a town in the southern Syunik province of Armenia.

Mount Ararat, unfortunately shrouded in smog. Ararat in in Turkey but is the national symbol of Armenia and considered sacred by many Armenians.
